We had a very successful Nude Partner Yoga Class on Sunday, March 15th. The guys had an excellent experience working with each other in the Thai Yoga Massage portion of the class. These styles of yoga offer great benefit to the mind and body. It allows for you to move deeper into yourself with the assistance of a partner.
The practice highlights communication, alignment, strength, as well as flexibility, mobility, release, and relaxation.
We are offering a longer workshop-style class to practice MORE of these great techniques. Hot tub and Sunday morning treats will be offered.
