This is a Thai Yoga Workshop. This style of yoga/massage offers great benefit to the mind and body. It allows you to move deeper into yourself with the assistance of a partner.
You will be paired up with another yogi to share a guided Thai Yoga Massage experience.
The practice highlights communication, alignment, strength, as well as flexibility, mobility, release, and relaxation.
