  John will guide you through the Standing Series, Seated Series, and Closing Series of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Ashtanga is considered system of Yoga Therapy and the root of Power Yoga, the style of yoga John teaches. He will show you some of the postures and vinyasa flow of this classic style of yoga practice.
